Services
Contact-lens fitting
Full work-up, trial, adaptation and follow-up. Several appointments staggered until lasting comfort.
What it involves
The contact lens exam goes beyond a standard vision check: it also assesses corneal shape, tear film quality and how well your eyes tolerate lens wear. Vincent Kever works with you to determine the most suitable lens type (soft, rigid, daily or monthly) and guides you through a fitting trial at the workshop to confirm comfort and handling before you leave with your prescription.
Who it’s for
This service suits first-time wearers curious about trying contact lenses as much as experienced wearers wanting to switch lens types, renew their fitting, or resolve ongoing discomfort. It's also worth booking if your last fitting was several years ago or your vision has changed since.
In practice
By appointment — allow for a somewhat longer session than a standard exam to cover fitting and trial wear. Bring your current lenses and their case if you already wear some, along with your latest prescription. Pricing is quoted individually depending on lens type and follow-up needed; insurance coverage may apply, worth confirming with your insurer.
